What is your Returns Policy?

Your happiness is what means the most to us. Our goal is to ensure that everyone who purchases from Kimojo Fightwear is 100% satisfied with their products. In case they are not, we offer them 30 days from the order date to return their products. It is important to ensure that the products are eligible for a return. Please see below the eligibility criteria.

What is eligible for a return?

• Returns made within 30 days of the order date

• Items are purchased directly from the website

• Items purchased from anywhere around the world 

• Items must be unwashed, unused, and complete (packaging, tags, all other components that came with the item)

What is not eligible for a return?

• Returns not made within 30 days of the order date

• Items purchased from third-party stores

• Items have stains or signs of usage e.g. deodorant sports, body odor, pet hair, make up etc.

• Items that have been washed

• All clearance items or items that are no longer sold on the website

How to make a return?

Do I have to pay for a return?

You are required to pay for a return unless the item delivered to you was faulty. In that case, please get in touch with us on [email] and we can arrange a pre-paid return label sent directly to you.

All returns made from outside the UK may incur import cost which must be borne by the customer

When can I expect a refund and what is included in the refund?

• Once items are received and they meet the returns eligibility criteria, a refund is issued into the original payment method which may reflect within 3-5 working days of the approval.

• Original shipping cost of the item is not refunded back unless the item is faulty
